Actual performance may vary due to site-specific factors, weather conditions, and individual household energy behaviour.

2. Government Rebates & Incentives

Solar Surge assists clients in applying for government incentives, including the federal STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) and the QLD Battery Booster programme. However:

• Eligibility for any rebate or incentive is determined solely by the relevant government bodies and authorities.
• Solar Surge is not liable if a client is deemed ineligible for a rebate or if a programme's terms change (e.g., the May 1st Battery Rebate shift).
• Any "Free Solar" marketing claims by third parties are not endorsed by Solar Surge; we provide transparent pricing after applicable rebates.

3. Strategic Energy Audit & Bill Uploads

Our Strategic Energy Audit is based on the data and electricity bills provided by the client. The accuracy of our analysis and subsequent engineering recommendations depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied to us.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the Solar Surge logo, "No-BS" branding, "Energy Independence" frameworks, original video content featuring Andrew, and customised engineering blueprints—is the exclusive property of Solar Surge Australia. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.
